After you've mastered the previous five chords, here are four more to learn:G7 0021D7 2032C7 3230F 2301With these nine chords, you'll be able to play almost any song in C or G, and you can use your capo for the other keys. When you are tuning your bouzouki (or mandolin or 12-string guitar) with an electric tuner, you should tune each

Moondog: Can anyone help me with learning GBS tunes on the bouzouki? I am a good guitar player, and I hope that playing this new instrument won't be a long, hard, slog of a steep learning curve for me. Basically, I would like to know what tuning Alan and Bob use. Any ideas would be appreciated, [like the tunings they use] and some basic

neatfreak:What's odd is that the tracks had the wrong title attached on the CD music files. I've changed them in my library on iTunes, but it is strange that the file itself would be misnamed. I've never encountered that before, which is why I wondered if anyone else had. Curiouser and curiouser...I believe that there were two versions

Any reason why Bob and Alan's 2009 journal entries are still being placed under 2008? I'd understand if it were still early in the year, but 2009 is nearly 2/3 over! Perhaps there's a chance this will be fixed before 2010?

To watch performances of ''Boston and St. John's'' and ''River Driver'', go to http://www.myfoxboston.com/dpp/morning/great_big_sea_performance_082009I have no idea why they decided to do two slow songs - is this representative of their current

Yes, it IS a studio album. There is one track on Rant and Roar that was remixed, though - they took the fiddle out of End of the World, apparently because Sire Records thought it would appeal more to an American audience. The album has gone out of print, so if you find the CD, it's now a collector's item.

Yes, 2009 is nearly half over, but Alan and Bob's journals are still being posted and archived under 2008. And to whoever is responsible for fixing that, how about fixing the comments, too? Both Alan and Bob are victims of attacks by spambots!

Thanks for the photos! But personally, I feel that the earlier gossip column fluff doesn't belong in the OKP. If Russell Crowe is Alan Doyle's good friend, is it not disrespectful to post stuff like Perez Hilton's dodgy rumors about Russell?

Travelocity is listing the Sheraton Tarrytown at 600 White Plains Road starting at $99 (non-refundable rate) plus taxes. It's an easy drive of less than two miles from the venue, and it shouldn't cost too much to take a cab if you didn't want to drive.Hope this helps!
