Anne, I had previously only glanced at this thread but I just finished reading the whole thing. What a miracle that Liam is thriving so well. God Bless him and his parents - they have had so much to deal with but it seems as if their faith and love has just made them stronger. My nephew was born with his bowels not fully formed and

Cindi, hugs to you. You have a whole load of trauma to deal with, and I think your husband is being very unfair to expect you to put your recovery on hold to deal with his sister. I am sorry that you had to go through such a horrible experience, and your husband should be more supportive of you.Probably the best thing would be for your mother

These days you really have to push to get the answers and treatment you need. Many doctors will dismiss ''female''

Been there, done that! We have several really good sushi restaurants nearby, and I almost always end up eating too much. It is sooo good though, it is hard to resist.

I absolutely love eggs benedict, and if you ever find yourself in Stratford Ontario go to Tango Cafe. They have the Grampa Benny which features local ham (sooo good) and the Benny Schwartz (with smoked salmon).Hubby has been making smoothies for breakfast lately - a cup of orange juice, about a cup of frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries,

I have had relatives who needed hospitalization. We are covered for a ward room (4 in a room) at no charge, semi private or private rooms are usually more and can be covered by private insurance. If the doctor deems that a private room is medically necessary (infectious disease or something) or if the only available room is semi-private
