www.susato.com I have several Susato ''Kildare'' whistles - in D, low D, C, and Bb.  They run about $40 US.  The head pieces are interchangeable, so you can buy multiple bodies for less and save yourself some cash.  The whistles are plastic, incredibly durable, and don't go out of tune with changes in temperature
