@ Fran: Have a look into hotels in White Plains. I live close enough that I'd never need a hotel, but far enough away that I'm not a local, so I'm not familiar with specific hotels, but White Plains is a bit more of a business center than Tarrytown, so there should be more options there. Travel between the two towns is almost all highway.
