Your Safe Senders List
To make sure you receive your email receipt from the GreatBigSea.com Store, please select your email provider below and follow our instructions. If your email provider is not listed, please add store@GreatBigSea.com and help@GreatBigSea.com to your program's address book.
- Start by selecting “Settings”
- Then select “Filters” and “Create a new filter”
- In the From field, enter in store@GreatBigSea.com and then click on “Next Step”
- Tick off “Never send it to spam” and create the filter
- If you have joined our mailing list, please repeat these steps and add store@GreatBigSea.com as a filter
- Select “Options” and then “More Options”
- Next click on “Safe and blocked senders”
- Then select “Safe senders”
- In the field enter in @GreatBigSea.com and then add it to the list
- The GreatBigSea.com domain should now be added to your safe senders list
- Start by selecting “Options”
- Next select “Junk E-mail”
- Under “Manage Safe Senders List,” click on “Add” and then enter in @GreatBigSea.com
- Click “Add” again to add the GreatBigSea.com domain to your safe senders list
- From the Actions menu, select “Junk E-mail”
- Then select “Junk E-mail Options”
- Click the Safe Senders tab and choose to add a new entry
- Enter @GreatBigSea.com into the field and hit “OK”
- The GreatBigSea.com domain should now be added to your safe senders list
- Start by selecting “Options” and then “More Options”
- Next select “Filters” and “Add Filter”
- Name this filter field, enter store@GreatBigSea.com into the Sender field and set the Move to Folder field to “Inbox”
- Click on “Save Changes” to save your new filter
- If you have joined our mailing list, please repeat these steps and add store@GreatBigSea.com as a filter
