    Re: Drinks

    Painkiller

2 oz. Pusser's Rum (Other dark rums may be substituted but, if Pusser's was good enough for the Royal Navy for more than 300 years, why change?)

    4 oz. Pineapple Juice

    1 oz. Cream of Coconut

    1 oz. Orange Juice

Combine the ingredients and shake or blend without ice. Pour into a large glass filled with ice and grate fresh nutmeg on the top.

    Slainte`

    Re: Drinks

Kahlua and soda.  It tastes like root beer and isn't as filling as Kahlua and milk or has hangover inducing as Kahlua and vodka.

I don't have a name for it; although Eirian and I considered calling it "Bob" for a while.

    Re: Drinks

    1 shot vodka

    1 shot kahlua

fill the rest of the glass with chocolate milk

It's basically a white Russian but with chocolate milk.  Super tasty!  Try a double.  *hiccup*

    Re: Drinks

    Tequilla Boom Booms

     Use a big shot glass...

     add some tequilla

some blue curaco or some other fun colour liquor

fill glass with sprite (or 7-up)

Bang the full glass on the table a couple of times then pour in to your mouth before it blows up everywhere. Bonus points for shaking your head around before swallowing.

    Re: Drinks

An old favorite from the old days at Ohio University (A Fountain of Knowledge where many go to drink).....

    Vinton County Brainstomper

Fill one garden variety 1/2 gallon pitcher (preferably glass) about 3/4 full of crushed ice.

Add one shot each: Jim Beam, Jack Daniels, Rum, Tequila, Vodka, Scotch, Triple Sec, Gin, cherry/blackberry/peach brandy.

Fill just short of the top with equal parts orange juice and 7-up. Add some Grenadine for color and toss in a handful of cherries.

I've found that one of these will last me about 45 minutes. Beer

I call it the shalaily, one two many and you feel like youve been hit by one

same as a rusty nail only instead of one part scotch one part drambuie   its one part Jamesons  one part irish mist. On ice or alone Add more mist if you like it sweet more whisky if you dont.

    Re: Drinks

Or another variation on your typical Irish coffee, use "Celtic Crossing" in place of the whiskey.  It's a liqueur made with honey.  Outstanding.

My drink suggestion:  grab a Corona and take a big sip.  Add a shot of Bacardi Limon in place of the lime.  Yum.

    Re: Drinks

I don't get to drink much, so the only recipe I know is one my Dad taught me from his University days--Jungle Juice:

Mix a few packets of koolaid with as much grain alchohol as your chemistry buddies can filtch from the lab.

...I don't actually suggest trying this one.  All I know about the aftermath is he woke up with my grandmother hosing them off.
