Hi. They opened with Captain Kidd. they all looked / sounded / played great.
There were words, there were songs, there were improptu versions of Jesse's Girl as Alan has decided it has the same tune as Consequence Free (or at least whatever he was playing leading up to Consequence Free)

    Re: BRANTFORD 2006

ok ok sorry - - The short post was due to sheer exhaustion!!
I was 5th row centre with my 8yr old son. I ended up holding him up all night so he could see over the 4 rows in front of us. My whole left arm was aching this morning~~
The guys looked and sang great.
My son took in every moment and watched all the different instrument changes. He made me rush back to our seats at intermission just to make sure that we didn't miss a beat. Wore both of his GBS tee shirts to school today, could't decide between the basic black Great Big Sea and the new H&E one he got last night.
I have a few pics- took a couple of movie shots too but pulled an Aussie Girl and held the camera the wrong way so now you have to lean left to watch.

All in All it was as expected well worth the wait!!
