I just found this so i havent formed many comments as of yet but this is a pretty interesting study. Specificaly the part near the bottom on popularity of music performers.

I like that they broke it down by respondent age. Really shows how influenced the 16-29 group is by media when you see how popular Michael Jackson is with them given the timing of the study. No offence to MJ who was one of the greatest but the media definatly had a hand in that.
