I have recently discovered a great band from Toronto called Enter the Haggis.  Saw them last night in Chicago.  Met some other Great Big Sea fans there and enjoyed a night of great music! 

They are such a talented group of guys, and the music is wonderful.

I agree with you Lovelylucy... I "discovered" them a little over a year ago on Paddy Rock.com with their song "One Last Drink". Though I believe they are, like Haggis, an acquired taste... I caught them in Troy, NY, when they started promoting the "Gutter Anthems" album, and I totally recommend everyone picking this album up...
