    St. Catharines, Ontario

As a Great Big Sea fan from St. Catharines, Ontario; we'd love to see the boys perform here!! I'm sure Brock University's theatre would love to see them perform a live show, or even during Orientation week. Though, there are plenty more venues. Come to St. Catharines, though Toronto's Molson Amphitheatre was just as a amazing!!

They've been in St. Catharines quite a few times! They have played Brock, they've played the Event in the Tent a couple of times and been at Arizona's in Thorold.

I'm from St. Kitts too and I do wish they'd come back. Alan has said that he really likes "St. Cat's". So come on back, guys!

Okay, I must truly be living under a rock to have missed those.  I would love to see the boys near my home but I wonder if our venues are getting small for them? Still, having seen video of the secret pub shows, I'd love to see them in a smaller venue.  Must look into the Hamilton show...

One of the best shows I saw was approx 4 years ago at some bar in Thorold.  I had seen the boys recently and they had seemed tired at some of their shows but they were on fire that night.  It was also a test night for my then new boyfriend.  If he didn't like them, he wouldn't be with me.  Happy to say, he did and we have been together ever since.  He is even coming to Ship and Dip with me.

That bar was Arizona's. Could not believe they were playing there. Unfortunately, we'd bought tickets for the next night at the Molson Ampitheatre, so we didn't go to Arizona's. DID run into Murray and then Alan, the day they played the bar, so it wasn't a complete loss!

I remember that! I can at least see from under my rock. Smile  feel better now. I think I was too pregnant for that one.  There has always been something in the way of going - usually not having someone to go with. King Steve and I are going to Hamilton.

I remember them being at Arizona's... it was a 19+ concert & I was only 17 at that time. Sad Oh well, already seen them in Toronto on the 12th & off to Boston for their Oct. 24th show, so it's all good... but it'd be AWESOME, to have them come back to Arizona's or Brock!! Cool

Wait, now I remember.  I drove past the bar and saw the sign for the upcoming show and assumed it was a cover.  There was no way a band I liked that much would be playing arizona's!  Show what I know! My parents took me to all kinds of concerts, ballets, symphonies, etc.  Who'd have guessed the damaged it would cause?  At least I can tell the difference between good music and crap (but somehow always on the radio).
