I do.  I've got my own site too, but I'm such a lazy bum.  Deviant Art is easier to update, and since I'm talkative, I like being able to type a small essay to go with most of my pics.

 Not that I've updated it recently either.  Oy.  I need to get off my butt and get things accomplished this summer.  Bad Laura, bad.

And it's not like you are just a technically-gifted automaton (although I think you are technically AWESOME), your art has life and character and whimsy and . . . and . . . Again. Like I once said. Please tell me when you publish a comic book. I will buy it.

*blush*  Wow, thanks, y'all.  I'm flattered.  That's some serious praise (especially from someone as talented as you--your photography is amazing!)

 I love Fables.  I'm mucking around on the Fables board right now, actually--a lovely place, if you've never been, often frequented by Bill Willingham and Mark Buckingham, as well as the writers and artist involved with Jack of Fables.  Bucky's a pretty cool guy, on top of being my favorite comic artist.  The current story arc is largely his doing, and fills me with such glee (Flycatcher's my favorite character).

I'm a big fan of Strangers in Paradise, which just ended, and Bone.  And I'm kinda a sucker for any X-men story with Toad in it. Strangers in Paradise is an absolutely beautiful comic, and if you haven't read it, it's definately worth checking out.  Lovely art, and wonderful characters and story.

Thanks again.  Praise like that's enough to make me want to sit down with my sketchbook and start drawing again.

I have seen the Fables board a few times, but I am trying not to get sucked into too many online fandoms. This board is bad enough in terms of cutting work productivity :)

Will check out Strangers in Paradise, though. Lately, I've been majorly into Garth Ennis. Have you ever read Preacher? (Would totally understand if it wasn't your cup of tea, though.)
