how do you get an image into a message? or stuff like that.

Set up an album on a site like photobucket.com.  (it's free) then you can copy the IMG file, and paste it into a post.  There is another method, that involves clicking on the little tree icon in the taskbar, but I've never done it that way.

Photobucket is very easy to use - once you upload the pictures, you select the ones you want to post, click on the "generate html and image code"  button at the bottom and it gives you the direct html codes to post.

use  "IMG clickable thumbnails for message boards" to generate a little thumbnail

or use "IMG images for message boards" for full size images - remember to resize them to fit easily on this board before you upload to photobucket.  If they are too big, then people need to use the sliders to see the whole image.

The tree icon is pretty easy to use. Click on it and paste the URL of your photo into the first line. If your photo has been sized properly than you don't need to worry about the other fields, but feel free to play around with them if you'd like.

Sites like Photobucket will provide you a direct URL to the photo.

You're almost there! Now that you have a direct URL to your image, make a new post and click on the little tree icon. In the pop up past the URL into the first field and hit "Insert". This will make your photo visible in your post. Let me know if you need any more help.
