Language

While this isn't pre-school, please do avoid watch what you type. A fairly wide age range does visit this board so don't use any words you wouldn't want your kids hearing.

Also, any hateful language (racist, sexist, homophobic, etc. remarks) will not be tolerated. Posts containing these kinds of remarks will be deleted by one of the administrators. If someone persists in posting hateful words, he/she will be banned.

All Caps

TYPING IN ALL CAPS LIKE THIS means that you are yelling. Please don't yell unless you are singing along to a Great Big Sea song.

Multiple Posts

Multiple threads on the same topic will be combined into one thread.

Also, please avoid posting the same thread in multiple forums. While we realize that you want your thread to receive maximum exposure, posting the same thread in multiple forums splits up replies and makes for a weaker discussion.

Use the "Search" Function

To avoid starting a new thread on a topic that already exists on the board, use the "Search" function. Located at the top right-hand corner of every page, the "Search" function is a great tool to prevent multiple threads on the same topic.

Problems With Another Member

If you are having serious problems with another member of the Boards, try to first work things out through private messages. If that doesn't work, send your complaints to a moderator.

To contact a moderator, simply go to a post written by a moderator and use the private messaging tool located under the "Contact" button in the discussion board toolbar.

You can also always report a post to a moderator by clicking on the "Report Abuse" link located in the bottom right-hand corner of every post.

Please always respect your fellow board members. Be respectful by not launching personal attacks, by allowing others to have their own opinions and beliefs (even if they are different than yours) and by practising self-moderation.

Remember, this place is supposed to be a party, so relax, grab a drink and have fun!

No Commercial Posts!

Please do not post messages of a commercial nature (trying to sell someone something) on the boards. Any such posts will be deleted.

Please PM an administrator if you're unsure if your post is of a commercial nature.
