Hello folks,

I know this won't be the last word on this, but it's the last one I'll have so here goes.

I think its a sad thing when we can't accept that in a community such as this the differences in our personalities means we just aren't going to agree on every little detail.

Most of us joined this board as we have a great respect for the music and the B'ys of Great Big Sea and like to have an outlet to express that and form friendships with people we may not have met otherwise.

I agree every person is entitled to have their say, and I know there are going to be personality clashes when so many are involved. I respect folks speaking their minds. I do my best to respect other people's opinions and their particular sensitivities. I know I don't always succeed, my bad- but I try.

I'm aware if there is a person who for whatever reason gets up our noses, things that person says or does we don't agree with is harder for us to tolerate, that's a fact of life.  I'm certainly guilty of it myself. However there's been too much of that going on around here of late for me to be comfortable.

I'm bowing out.
