Alora, sounds like that teacher has adult ADD! I'm not even being facitious! It's not very well known, somehow people think that ADD stops when you hit puberty or something, and esp when I was growing up, girls weren't diagnosed as readily as boys, because it often presents differently in girls than in boys. I'm sure that I had/have it, tho I've never been diagnosed. People think I'm organized, but that's only because they can't see inside my head, and because I have had to LEARN organizationaly techniques so my life doesn't spiral into chaos.
The teacher is nuts. She could have ADD for all i know. I know that post puberty ADD still hangs around. i'm a prime example of that! Girls generally present with the daydreamy type of attenion deficeit and not so much on the hyperactive side.
I hear you on organization. I have had to learn to be organised beyond all belief because my life does become chaotic otherwise. I Keep my planner in my purse so i know where my life is LOL. But i think that's in another thread...LOL
