Whenever I hear SJ&R all I can picture is dancing a Gone With The Wind type reel. Definitely one of my favourite songs from anyone.
I started with Sunday Morning and loved it so much I immediately ordered Fisherman's Blues, thinking it sounded like the type of thing I'd like. No go. Chiara suggested I try Will You Wait. Still nothing. I'll have to try again, it's been a year since I listened to either, maybe my opinion's changed. From what I understand though, Sunday Morning was not the typical sound for The Punters, which is why I didn't bother to try any of the others. Have heard Toy Train, though, and really enjoyed that.
Listening to Radio Newfoundland, I've also heard stuff introduced as Larry Foley and Pat Moran (as opposed to Punters or 8 Track) and liked what I heard but have no idea where to get that stuff.
