Yeah, that would have felt good, too. What I did do was go over her head to the professor, who said that I could go to the other mandatory meeting, since I was only needed at specific times and there was a break of over an hour between those times. Little Miss Diva was a bit huffy, but I'd cleared it with the professor so she couldn't do a damn thing. So I did both. Man, I can't wait for this week to be over, though...
