And thank you, for not expecting other people to change how they enjoy the show because you brought your kid along.  As someone who has no children, I can't tell you how much I appreciate that.  Unfortunately, not many parents seem to share your enlightened opinion. 

As for sitting or standing, I like to do a little bit of both.  If I want to get up and dance, I try to do it off to the side or somewhere where I'm not interfering with someone else's view.  I figure I paid to hear and see the band and to have a good time, but nobody paid to sit and stare at my backside for two hours!
