The show was phenomenal. The opening song was "Love me Tonight" and it was awesome I proposed on bended knee. I said to my girlfriend "Will you Love me Tonight and for the rest of our lives?" We danced and celebrated all night long. The band played nine new songs from their amazing new CD "Fortune's Favour" and several of their greatest hits from years gone by including "Lukey","When I Am King", "Mari-Mac", "When I Am Up, I Can't Get Down", "Old Black Rum" and many more and we loved each and every song. The encore was spectacular as Great Big Sea brought back onto the stage previous artists that performed throughout the day. We loved the show and would definitely go see the band again and want to Thank Great Big Sea for making August 2nd 2008 a very special day that we will never ever forget.
