One of the teachers at my school had a premature baby who was born with most of his major organs outside of his body. He is 2  months old tomorrow and will hopefully be undergoing his 8th and last surgery for a while. Please pray for the success of this procedure and that he tolerates the pressure of the organs crowding his his belly. They are hoping he can get off the respirator soon. His name is Liam Patrick. And he's a fighter! His parents are Kate and Brian.

Prayers or their equivalent will be wonderfull. He undergoes his surgery on May 16th in the morning.

Thoughts from Nova Scotia to the babe Liam and his family.

I haven't heard from Kate yet but Liam's Granddad posted on their Cares Page, a way of keepig everyone up to date while the baby's at CHildren's Hospital. Such a good idea! It sounds like Liam had a setback today.

Here's the post -

Liam, we still can't believe the way your day turned out, but we are all sure that you will fight your way through and start right back to where you were. Everybody in the family was here and we are all praying real hard that you bounce back real quick. You must be the most popular guy in the entire world, because people all over the world are thinking of you. Guess what Liam, Daddy just came out and told us that you peed enough to let us know that your kidneys are coming back. Everybody ,including some big men,are crying because they are soooooooo happy about this news. Of course Pop didn't cry....ha,ha. Liam, that is the best news we heard all day and now maybe we will be able to sleep tonight. You amaze us all the time , so keep up the good work and you will be back on the road to getting out real soon. Know how much we love you and we will keep praying hard.
