This one must have stumped a lot of us! I have been on dates. Some didn't work out and some turned into relationships.

I have never been able to jump double dutch. (Jumping in always scared the bejeebers out of me!)

ME NIETHER!  Oh Trace for YEARS I kept it secret, fearing that my lack of this seemingly inherent ability of girls was some basic flaw on my second X chromosome that made me not QUITE female.  Thanks for empowering me to share it with the world!  I can (or could) skip with one rope just fine, and I was a "jumpsies" CHAMP, but double dutch?  Hopeless.

I have and enjoyed them.  Of course atmosphere comes into play at times and this was one of those times.  It was on the front deck of a cottage overlooking Lake Huron with the sun in the western sky and enjoying a cocktail and appetizers.

I've had different types of cocoa/hot chocolate but have never drank Ovaltine.

I know what you mean, Sharn. I always thought, 'I SHOULD be able to do this, I AM female, afterall'! Good to know I'm not a freak...well, not a lonely freak, anyway!

I have never drank Kahlua in any form (gasp!).

(I do have to say that I have, however, tortured my poor cat by putting any number of things on his head...see my avatar! LOL!)

Those who know me might be surprised to hear that I have been to see a male stripper show. Even more surprising will be the revelation that I went with my mother-in-law! Go fig. Vic has an interesting family.

I also have never been surfing, I have only boogie boarded (lots of fun!)

 I love kahlua, be it in a White Russian or in a Sombrero.  Never saw strippers (wow Anne, you're really a wild woman!)  I've tried Double Dutch, but have never had any success.   

 

I have never been in the presence of a Pope, and unless I manage to score some tickets to the Mass at Yankee Stadium next week, I don't think I will be anytime soon, although Pope Benedict XVI will be within a 50 mile radius of my home!

Oh, Bets, I'm SO Jonesing to go to that.  But it won't be happening for me either.  I'm so totally kicking myself for not going when JPII was in TO for WYD, when was that, 2002?  My parish priests are leading a trip to Rome this summer, with side trips to Florence and Assissi.  Sharon waaaaaaaants to gooooooooooooooooooooo.  But ya, the trip is 2 Grand a head.  Forget it. I have offered to go in their employ and look after laundry and meals and stuff, but they're not going for it.  pout. 

So anyway, ya, I've never been in the presence of a Pope. 

Nor have I been surfing. 

I used to drink Kahlua with coffee or just on ice.  Never seen strippers.   oh.....wait.....yes, I think I have.  Oh my Goodness, I think I HAVE!  I think I've seen Chippendales!  But it was a VERY long time ago and I was so completely hammered as to have only the vaguest recollection.  (I was falling down drunk for most of my late teens, early twenties)

 Never been to Rome.  (and won't be going this summer, not even as scullery maid to The Men in Black)

I went to Rome when I was 18 as part of a great Trafalgar tour through Europe.  The visit to Rome also included Vatican City.  I stood in St. Peter's Square, I saw the Sistine Chapel, I threw my coins in the Trevi fountain and was even pinched!  With the pincher saying as he did it - "Now you've been to Rome!"

I've yet to go to Ireland (I will get there one day).

I have been to Ireland. Saw Ron Hynes, Colleen Power, Darrell Power, Pamela Morgan, Hugh Scott, Ger WOlfe, and got a shot of whiskey on St. Patty's Day from the saint himself. Man, is Ireland green! They don't call it the Emerald Isle for nothing!

I have gone to Easter SUnday mass celebrated by Pope Paul in 1969. I was on a school trip thanks to a priest friend of mine. (he paid for it, I worked all summer to pay him off)

I have never been a speaker in a formal debate.
