    Chicago....Alan stole my camera!

Fantastic show for us GBS virgins from Florida...yes, we actually came all the way from Florida to go Donkey Riding, and the band was awesome enough to sing it for us....and then take our camera and film it!

I've been to a LOT of concerts....U2, O.A.R., Matisyahu, Green Day, Matchbox 20, Goo Goo Dolls, and more...but this was hands down the most entertaining show of my life.  AMAZING set list, high energy, and lots of St. Patty's Day joy (and liquid joy).

Thanks to Kim and all her crazy ladies, a fantastic audience, and above all the band for their musical gift and their recognition of their fans (especially those who venture from across the continent!).

     Rock on~Slainte!

*laugh!* Oh my, that's priceless. I love the *yoink* right in the middle of Sean's verse, and the look on Sean's face as the camera swings around to him: "what the %?!?! are you doing?"

And hurrah for the signs! All the way from Florida to go donkey riding! What a wonderful way to have your first show start off! :D

That video is AWESOME!  I thought he was just taking photos with your camara, I didn't realize it was video...what a great keepsake for you!

Also, when you're as old as we are you will not worry about being crazy - you just stop caring what people think and have a good time...

glad you had a good time...have you defrosted yet?

That is just way too amazingly fantastic for words!  What did Séan sing about Chicago?  All I heard was "SCREEEEAM!"

That is just too cool that Alan would do that!  The boys never fail to impress the socks off of me and this is just yet another confirmation of how awesome they are.

How cool is that? That some memory and photographic evidence you have for the future. You must've been floating on cloud nine!

Not going to say anything new, just this:

Wow!!!  Yes, Alan never fails to surprise me!!  Some bands would get annoyed at a fan with a video camera.  That had to have been the fricken' sweetest thing EVER!!

Hey Bob - welcome to the OKP!

That video is amazing.  What a great memory of the concert.  I am so glad that everything worked out for you guys that night.  You deserved it, after waiting in the cold for so long.

Did you remember to retrieve the bottle that you left outside? LOL

Kim has a good picture of the three of you outside with your signs - check out her Chicago post in the Photos thread for the link.

Hope to see you on the road again some time!
