Sharneliz:Columbine-a Diamond?
Yep! (That's why they DON'T call me The Count...) Here's mine-and yes, I stole it from an internet site-A woman has 7 children. 1/2 of them are boys. How is this possible?
She's as bad at math as I am? Tina - he jumped out with an umbrella or bedsheet as a parachute? Whoops, that means I'm on the spot again, aren't I? OK... We're inseparable, that's clear We can bring the distant near Or perhaps send near things far Can you tell us who we are? Love, Columbine

Not quite Columbine/Sarah...His house is built into a hill, below ground level. It just occured to me that we are being bad little chatters - tongues wagging away in the Suggestion Box. Or, is it the SOS thread only where we are supposed to keep traffic clear?
Anyhoo, Columbine's riddle (above) is still up for grabs... AND So is squeezeboxsarah and Rebekah's game (copied below): squeezeboxsarah said: Here's one idea I had... One
person gives a topic (ex- 'Movies with numbers in the title) and the
next person lists five things that fit into that topic (ex- Twelve
Monkeys, The Sixth Sense, 28 Days, Nine Months, Thirteen Ghosts), then
gives another topic (ex- top vacation spots or martial arts stars) ...sort of botches the riddle thing, but if we can get a new forum that won't matter - there'll be room for all! I hope we do get a new forum for this, because there are so many fun ideas we could do! I like yours, Sarah! I'll start. Bands with colors in their names.

Columbine - That has to be the dual lenses in a telescope, non? Next lateral thinking puzzle: A man walks into a bar (no...really!) and asks for a glass of water. The barman goes into the back and then returns to the bar wearing a mask and pointing a gun! The customer thanks him and walks out of the bar without ever having any water. Why was he satisfied? Clues: 1. The barman did not know the customer. 2. The customer was not a criminal. 3. The barman did not give or take anything from the customer, although the customer lost something.

Columbine: Love, Columbine (a skeleton walks into a bar and asks for a beer and a mop)

The man had the hiccups and the bartender scared them out of him! Now for the only riddle I can think of that didn't come from The Hobbit (although it's pretty famous anyway): What goes on four legs in the morning, two legs at noon, and three legs in the evening?

Oh, fudge!! I'm no good at riddles... *googlegooglegoogle...* OK... I'll try this one: Doctor says to lawyer, "We were born on the same year, month, day, and minute. We were born in the same hospital, hospital room and we have the same 2 parents. We are not twins and we have no brothers." Explain this. (remember, the doctor is talking, not the lawyer - you can't claim that the speaker is lying!)
