Another Brand New From The Road!

Alan writes:

"Now come on.  No reasonable Rock Star fantasy starts with a digital alarm clock reading beginning with a 3!  Shouldn’t I be selecting which of the six eager Supermodels to take home with me to my Penthouse or Private Jet at 3am?"

Silly man!  I swear, touring bands have been getting their revenge on the fantasies of their formative years for as long as there's been radio.  When I was promoting/managing, I wanted to visit a shotgun range and blast the heck out of something every time I heard "Taking Care of Business!"

Hey I had one of those GISPTVs (Alan, you win for world's silliest acronym ) when I flew to from Toronto to St. John's! They're pretty funky. Well, technically Toronto to Halifax. Then an hour and a half-ish staring at the walls of the gate in the Halifax airport (and trying to figure out how to get downstairs to that damn Tim Horton's!), then the short flight to St. John's.

My flight from Halifax to St. John's did not have GISPTVs. *sniffle*

It did, however, have the entire Memorial University Men's Swim Team on it, so really, it was QUITE alright.
