Re: Chords for The Hard and The Easy

Has anyone tried playing Come and I will Sing You with all the chord variations? I was talking about it with my guitar teacher and he said that though it saids fairly simple, It is an immensly difficult tune to pick up. Has anyone here been able to do it?

It's in F, or capo up 3 to D. The chords are F, Bb, C and Dm.

Thanks to all who posted chords! I have been taking my guitar into school and playing many GBS songs for my students...they love them! Anyone have any idea about the chords for Something Beautiful? Thanks again!

Something Beautiful is in the key of F - capo on the 3rd fret and you can play it in D.

i had my friend tab something beautiful...he goes to berklee school of music in boston, and its very accurate, its in a .JPG picture format so u have to zoom in to the picture to read it clearly...and in the tab you can substitute the C#/G Chord for a plain Gmaj chord and it works just as well...email me at jfralick@bridgew.edu if u want the tab. glad i could help...rock on..

We really should just rename this the Great Big Guitar thread. Razz

Here's one...tablature for "Captain Wedderburn"? Anybody? I do have the chords, which are plenty easy, but I'm enough of a complete mental reject when it comes to fingerpicking...let alone figuring out a fingerpicking pattern.

P.S. I'm very excited...I can now play Sea of No Cares and Auntie Mary (melody style) on mandola. Squee!

Captain Wedderburn Tab I wasn't sure whether I should put this here or in the other thread that asked for it, but here it is.

I knew I'd printed this, but just had to find the digital copy on the net. This is not my work, and I can't actually play it very well myself, but it sounds pretty close.

    Hope this helps.
