My daughter is 7 yrs old - she's going into grade 2 in September. And, she'll be attending her first GBS show in September, as well. My friend got us 1st and 2nd row tickets, so she'll get a good view!

My Paul will be eleven on Saturday, going into sixth grade. He love GBS music, but the only shows I've been to in PA and NY haven't been in family-friendly venues (read, bars and clubs). I'll have to be on the lookout for festivals and such, so he can see the b'ys.

I feel so left out -- I don't have any stories like that!

Although I learned that trying to put out a fire with a hairspray/water combo was a bad idea. However, in all fairness, I have to point out that I did not know there was hairspray in the spray bottle!

I'm enjoying these -- although of all of 'em, the only band I've actually listened to besides the Pogues is Steeleye Span. Maddy Prior's amazing.
