I swear it looks longer every time I look at the newest pictures. Seats being mentioned, my Shantyfan friend and I went to the GBS concert together and she made me sit stage Sean so that she could sit stage Alan. It worked brilliantly from the front as there was no microphone in the way of the view of Alan for me and none in her way for her view of Sean. But, I agree that they are all amazing.

I play guitar, whistle, flute, piano, harmonica, mandolin, would LOVE to play bodhran and accordion, and wish I could get a note straight on the fiddle.  Séan never played Bouzouki, did he? Er...not as such, I guess. I like Bob's deeper tone a bit better, but Alan's got such a lovely voice that really draws you in.
For pure unadulterated warmth, I'd have to go with Bryn Terfel, though. Man...the WELSH!! *swoon*
