I was thrilled to land 2 pre-sale tickets for Santa Cruz, front row centre no less!!!  But my excitement has turned to frustration and bitter disappointment as my pre-sale tickets, mailed October 21, haven't arrived even though the mailing address in the e-mail confirmations was spot on (including my country) and I have since received other mail from Canada posted much later.

Can anyone suggest what I can do in these circumstances?  I have sent several e-mails to tickets@greatbigsea.com store@greatbigsea.com and even help@greatbigsea.com from 2 separate e-mail addresses but I have not received a single reply.  I was hoping to arrange duplicate tickets for collection on the door but I can't do anything if they won't rely to e-mails.

I live in the UK and will be leaving home for the US on Tuesday so I have very little time left to sort this out.  We get so few chances to see the boys and this opportunity to tie in with a trip to San Francisco seemed heaven sent but it seems to be slipping away from me .......

Can anyone suggest anything?

Yes it does! I once sent a package to Newfoundland, 3 day global express, mind you, and it got to TO in a day and took 2 weeks to get to NFLD from there.

Heartfelt thanks to everyone who took the time to contact me to suggest how I might follow up re my missing tickets.  I finally heard back from Jennifer @ tickets today.  She is going to arrange for duplicate tickets to be available for collection on the night so all is well and I can look forward to the show once again!

have a great time in Santa Cruz - but since you're coming on Tues, why not also take in the Petaluma show? Its a lot closer & a much easier drive - only an hour or so north, you get to take the golden gate bridge and some of Marin and Sonoma counties... And, um, I'm new here, so can you help me - when/how do we find out about pre-sale tix? Everything I've seen (except this thread) says Santa Cruz show is Gen Admission...?
