On June 15 I ordered tockets for the 10/3 concert in Glen Ellyn Illinois and was told I would receive the tickets in 3 weeks. I have not gotten them yet.  I have tried to contact someone regarding this but have been unsuccessful Can anyone tell me a phone number of a web site where I can find out what is going on.

Really?  Can't comment on the presale, but ordered mine on line from the MAC box office and they came within 3-4 days of ordering.  Box office phone number is 630-942-4000. 

Don't know if they can help with a presale order but it might be worth a shot.  Good luck!

Did you receive an email about you seating?  I finally got one on Aug 5 from GreatBigSea.com Store.

It states the seats and "We are currently in the process of receiving these ticket(s).  Once they arrive, they will be mailed to the following shipping address"

It does state not to contact the venue but the store directly.  tickets@greatbigsea.com

I have yet to receive the tickets and beginning to wonder if anyone has received their tickets yet.

Just checked the email confirming my order. The email has that follow address and phone number at the bottom.
