    Presales

    Hi All..

I'm brand new here, and just wondering on everyone's thoughts. there is a presale today for 11am for the city i'm in that GBS is coming too!! Cannot wait.. My question is... do you often get good floor seats in presale or should I just wait until general sale and try & get better seats?

     Thanks in advance !!

I'm also planning on buying presale, and I think the whole point of it is to get the best seats in the house.

    Re: Presales

Well that's what I've always thought too.. but other concerts I've done presale and was able to get better with regular sale.. so not sure how this one works!

    Re: Presales

I'm pretty sure with GBS concerts that there's a special floor section reserved right in front of the stage for the presale buyers.

I saw them last year at the Molson Amphitheatre in Toronto and in Barrie and this seemed to be the case both times.

    Re: Presales

Thanks for the response :) I bought 2 presale just now for my city.. although it does state it's section 1-3 and first 11 rows.. I will try again on general sale (not the same as ticketmaster for my small town lol).. and if I get really good seats.. i'll buy them 2..and have 4.. I saw them front & centre a few years back and would like to be close again!

If you click the more info for the venu it usually gives you the rows they have they will not always have all the seats in the stated rows it depends on the venue.

If you do a search, you will see other threads about the presale tickets.

Basically, it is dependent on the venue's choice of ticket agency.  If they use Ticketmaster, there may be better seats avaiable to the public when they go on sale.  If it is someone other than TM, and especially if it is the venue's own service, the presales will be the front and center ones.

    Re: Presales

I ordered 2 tickets through presale.. it says it would be in the 3 front sections and in the 11 rows...Tickets just went on sale this morning at 10am and I got Front Row Centre through public sale.. :) So either way I get good tickets..woohoo.. and it's New Era they use..not Ticketmaster.
