You may want to avoid this one, then. It's not really the GBS fans but those just there for the drinking and partying. Last year it wasn't overly rabid but things got pushy between acts. There was a bunch of us in the front and we had to protect our spots fiercely as time progressed. When my husband went to the bathroom, he told our 6 year old to bite anyone to try to take his spot. And she did. Unfortunely, it was him she bit upon his return because she was sitting on the ground and didn't recognize his leg.

Once the show started, it settled down. I'd do it again. My daughter has been in worse GA crowds as well as better ones.

Oh.  Yikes!  Might pass this info onto a friend... tell him to go to the Vancouver ones, lol.  We saw the guys 3 years ago at the exact same place/event, only it was September 1--the day before my bday!  And the show went past midnight so I was partyin' it GBS Style for my bday, yaaaaaaa!!  I think that was even my first show.. ya, it was!  And I walked passed Sean hours before the show... and didn't even know.  I had no clue who each person was... and Sean is my weakness!! lol
