I am updating my info for Express checkout in anticipation of some pre-sales coming up soon :)

I went to add a new address but when I got to the drop down for Province/state there were no choices, just a check mark. I re-loaded the page and then the line for province/state disappeared completely (same problem for credit card billing address). I tried submitting the info anyway and got the error message that I needed to choose a province/state but that line still wasn't there.

Hi Fran, what browser are you using?

I just now tried it on Seamonkey and it worked. Didn't think to try another browser.

The one it did NOT work on was Safari 3.2.1

Ah, OK. Unfortunately our Store does not get along well with Safari. Trying to get that changed, though!

It would appear it's not just the store. If I want to post a photo or a link, I switch to Seamonkey. I can't even post a smiley with Safari, in fact, I can't use anything from the tool bar above the post.

I should have thought to switch browsers when it didn't work.

Hey all, just trying to look at my Express Checkout profile to see if everything is ship-shape for tomorrow's presale.  It doesn't look like the store is working at all.  Is anyone else having trouble getting into the store?  Thanks!

Not sure what you mean but i just tried. Link to store worked, tickets worked, info for pre-sale worked, edit express checkout worked.

OK, Crisis averted.  I reread the thread and decided to try a different browser.  With internet explorer, everything works just fine.  With MSN, not so much.  So, hopefully I didn't freak anybody out, sorry!
