Just a heads up...I found an undesirable person following my Twitter.  And utilized the handy-dandy option to block.

I would suggest that if you wish to share your twitter name that you PM it amongst yourself...just saying.

ah come on gals, even for us old folks its kind of addicting. At least we all know when to call a plummer for one of our own or who actually gets things done around the house.   I am kind of liking twitter but more for the little updates with you all.

 Oh yeah and reading about Tosh's adventures in the big city is fun too. Sean, I gotta question the whole Whitney thing I think that was your first mistake in the pool.

I think it is kinda addicting as well.. I like it... just like facebook's status line.. I check the status on facebook all the time... same diffrence... =) I like the reply button as well...

For those of you confused about Twitter... if you're not doing much with it, then yeah, it can look/be kind of boring. It's fun when you're following a good group of people and have several of them following you as well. You get a lot of little conversations going amongst several people and get to see what everyone's up to.

Most of the people I follow are designers/developers, for instance. We toss around bits about what projects we're working on, useful code we've found/written (we're all pretty much ruby developers), industry news, and share frustrations and thoughts on problems we run into. There's also a fair bit of chatter about what's going on in their personal lives and since they're all friends (some I know better than others), that's nice to know.

It really does work best as a community and not just to see what one or two random people are up to without any real interaction.

While I haven't actually taken the "Twitter" plunge yet, I have been reading (how very voyeuristic of me). 

In the event that Tosh is surfing with the absconded laptop and checks this site at all... my BTC (Buffett Tailgate Crew) prefers the Duncan Hines double fudge brownie mix...  it's REALLLLY yummy and I think JUST what he is looking for!
