I too am having some issues with my presale order. I ordered on June 4th, and twelve days later I have yet to receive a confirmation email or the link to the bonus tracks. I have my order number and have emailed the store three times requesting help, with no response. I know that at least two emails were read, as I received return receipts. My credit card shows I have been charged for it, so I know it went through. Any ideas on what to do here? I am pretty frustrated.

Did you email Store@greatbigsea.com?  that's the email for problems with downloads.

Any chance the downloads went to your spam folder or it got bounced back, though at this point, the downloads may not be active and you'll need to get them resent.  Do you have anything on your end set to block certain types of emails? 

You might want to send a PM to Nico if you don't hear back from the store.

Looking forward to the new CD, saw this on the GBS Facebook page today about two other songs on iTunes. 

"iTunes Canada is now offering an exclusive Fortune's Favour digital pre-order until Tuesday, June 24th which includes two bonus tracks 'Wandering Ways' and 'Metro Bus' "

I've done the pre-order for the CD and the two extra tracks were great.  Anyword if those iTunes exclusive songs will be available to fans later on?  "Metro Bus" sounds like a fun song [Public Transit in St. John's for those who don't know, lol]

We did end up getting it straightened out - Tara at the Store was awesome and called me to try to figure out the problem. I had been emailing the store and for some reason their emails to me were bouncing back. I have no idea why since I had checked all my settings/spam/junk/etc and was receiving other emails. But the link finally came through the weird twilight zone it was in, and I was able to download the files. Listening to "Walk On The Moon" right now and am happy as a clam!! (well, a clam who is a GBS fan...maybe a friend of the Mermaid...)
