I purchased my presale copy on May 22nd and still have not received the digital download link. I have sent a couple of e-mails and phoned the store once. I still have not received a response. Anyone have any suggestions?

I ordered on May 9th and got the link the same day!

Your copy of Fortune's Favour from the GreatBigSea.com Store presale will come with a bonus DVD with a behind-the-scenes video of the making of Fortune's Favour. 

This is not exclusive to GBS.com (like the bonus tracks), the 2-disc CD/DVD is the standard for the new album. 

Is the bonus DVD the Canada.com webisodes?

Wahay - we're off and running! Thank-you... it worked, my order is in, and I've received my downloads. Now I'm eagerly awaiting the release of the CD and the delivery of my copy... here's hoping it doesn't take too long to wend its way over to this green and pleasant land (currently somewhat grey and soggy, but there's some green around there somewhere...). Now - can anyone persuade the boys to wend their way over here again? It was brilliant to see them at the Borderline last summer (being right at the front of a small gig is the best thing ever)... but it's left me wanting more! Tell 'em if they make it to Rock City in Nottingham, the drinks are on me! LOL

I am wondering if anyone knows where they are playing in Calgary Alberta on June 26th? I can't find it anywhere.. I want to surprise my boyfriend and take him.. I know cheesy haha.... if anyone could let me know that would be AMAZING...

It is supposed to be shipped in time to arrive on the 24th.   Last time it shipped ON the release date and we didn't get them till several days after; depending on the shipping option you chose when you ordered.

The show on the 26th is a "Secret Show"  and there are only 20 pairs of tix being given away by GBS.com.  THe venue will be announced the day of the show.  The deadline for registering to win tix has passed, unfortunately.

However, sit tight, sign up for the mailing list, and wait for the Fall Tour to be announced.  Alan said it would cover ALL of North America and will commence in September.  I am sure they'll be back through AB sometime this year.
