Thanks, Bob!! I love this little window into how things came about! I find it really interesting to hear from the band members, on...well on all kinds of things, really. LOL!

I have always thought that one of the things that was different, and great about Great Big Sea was the accordion. Not in any kind of way that I could put my finger on, mind. Just always really enjoyed the sound.

Love The Pogues, too.

Can't wait to read more!

I love all the bands mentioned in Bob's "Soundtrack Journal" so far.

Thanks for writing so eloquently about some of the true poetry of our time, Bob. I always enjoy hearing someone (besides my husband and I) wax intellectual and philosophical when it comes to our favorite bands. You can't get much better than the Pogues or Maddy Prior at her peak.

It's great to hear what type of music has influenced Bob over the years. There have been a few bands I've heard of, and others that I think I'd like to hear sometime.
