August 30 will be 2 years 5 months since last show here. I'll try not to pee my pants in excitement again. Would be nice to see Jana if she came this way again.

That's just the resounding applause and cheer of the OKP rejoicing that Sharn has finally been granted her most pressing demand due wish--a Halifax date.

Sharn--it's been amusing to see all the witty and creative ways you've snuck in a request for a Halifax show on various posts and threads.  One should not go as long as you have had to go without seeing the b'ys live and I think we can all empathize with you on that to some degree or another.  I too would go to this show just to experience it with you.

Looks like Halifax is going to be my end of term trip. Planning to arrive on the 25th and leave on the 31st. Likely will be staying with cousin, but definitely up for some mischief.

Holy Crap! I'm Pumped!! I was planning on making the trek from NL to NS to see Keith Urban but now it's gonna be a whole lot sweeter with GBS added to the line up!! Keith and GBS-I can die a happy woman..lol

Wow. I just happened to see some of the line up for Halifax. Johnny Reid's playing. I went to University with him. If you like country music, check him out. He's great (and I don't even like country music). To hear him sing, you'd never know he was Scottish. Sounds like an American country music singer when he sings, got a beautiful brogue to make you melt when he speaks.

@TinaMack...lol, actually not planning to line up very far in advance...feel kinda squicky about hogging space at the front for bands I'm not that interested (or am completely disinterested) in seeing, just to stake out prime real estate for GBS.  May just hang back until the act preceeding GBS ends, and take my chances on getting a reasonably good spot when that bands fans move out.  Anywhere is a good spot at a GBS show, right?
