I tired to email some pics for the music video to gbs@visionfilmco.com and kept getting an email that says "it couls not be sent because this user does not exist" or something along those lines. Has anyone else had this problem or know what I can do about it?

Go there, and read through it...it will explain what is going on.  The deadline was only a suggestion, by the looks of things.
