We got our tix, too, and it looks like my friend has nailed down a sitter for the night! Whohoo! Annette--our prospects got worse overnight with the injury to out top D-man, but I still think we can win this series. But it is going to be a tough one, for sure. So many years I see a young team that has no real expectation of getting very far in the playoffs play with tons of grit and heart. It's never the Flyers (who typically are veteran heavy), but this year they are the Cinderellas. I saw a bunch of these guys under the same coach win a Calder Cup a few years ago, and you can bet I will be yelling my heart out tonight and for the rest of this series. I am taking my daughter to her first playoff game on Tues night, and I can't wait!

EEEP!  My friend who was GBS virgin last April when I took her to her first show in NJ - my old High School BFF - has just invited me out in August to go w/ her to this show!!! OH MY GOSH!! I just might do this thing after all! YIPPEEEE!!!
