My computers at home are eternally signed into GBS.com. I also get the e-mail notification of posts. This morning I clicked on the link in my e-mail to go to the Song Lyrics thread and ended up at the first post rather than the last, which is how my account is set up. Realized there were no reply buttons or anything. Confused, eventually figured out I was magically signed-out. Couldn't remember my password and ended up re-loading the site through my bookmark. I was magically signed back in.

I contunued on about my business, got quite a few e-mails with no problems using the links contained in them until just now. I got an e-mail saying I have a private message, clicked on the link to reply and got a 'this post doesn't exist' messge because I was signed-out again. Used my bookmark and all was ok.

I think there's some kind of strange bug in the system. The 2 incidents happened on 2 different computers using 2 different systems.

Of course there's a bug or two or three in your system.  I'm looking at your "Great Bug Sea" signature!

My Great Big Bugs have now gotten out of control and are starting to get on my nerves. On top of  being magically signed out (at least it's only very occasionally) my newest problem is my e-mail notifications. I'm receiving  them twice. Replies to All About Bob, BareNaked East Coast, Song Lyrics, Children With Disabilities, PM's are all coming in twice. 

I haven't touched my account settings so I don't know what would be causing these problems.

I'm getting double e-mail notifications too

At least I know it's not just me but it's getting really annoying. It's not quite all of the replies, one or two don't get repeated, and there doesn't seem to be any consistency regarding who posted the reply or what the topic was.

I am also getting double notifications! This has been logged with out tech team and will hopefully be resolved soon.

Could it be? I've had 3 in a row that weren't repeated.

Back to the weird sign-out problem....It still happens from time to time and I now have a clue (don't know waht to do with it though). I seem to only be having the problem when I click on an e-mail notification of a post by BetRx.
