I am getting truly psyched about this show.  Just curious how many OKP peeps are going to be there??  We will definitely have to hook up before the show.  Have our own "meet and greet."

In Alan's diary, he says that after the opening set at Wolftrap, they are leaving.... What does he mean by that??? There is no way they can leave after an opening set... Does that mean they go on first???.... I have been waiting since last April 20th of last year, to see them again... i hope they do their full show...

Poeboy - There are 2 bands at Wolf Trap on the 22nd - GBS and Eddie From Ohio.  GBS is the opener so yep, they will be going on first.  I don't know how long they will play but I know they will give us all they've got in the time allowed.

It's a co-headline thing -= both bands get a full set but GBS goes on first.

ROBIN---Thank you for the explanation.... I realize that Eddie from Ohio does have a huge local following, but I believe that the place will lose a lot of the audience after GBS exits...I will be with my daughter and other friends, and will give us a chance to go out afterwards..

This will be my 3rd concert...Dewey Beach is close to where i live, but festival style concerts are not my thing...I like a good seat, even though it barely gets used....

I think you're right - a lot will leave after GBS.  Perhaps that will give Wolf Trap a clue as I believe the last time we saw them there they were first as well.  I didn't realize they were first until suddenly there were on the stage.  My daughter yelled at me to jump up and clap and scream - I just wasn't ready but I adjusted after a few seconds. 

We lucked out and got pit tickets; I have never been this close at any concert.  I can't wait!!  I wish I was going to Dewey the night before as I have been to the Bottle & Cork as a young adult back in my hey day.  It will be an intimate show.  But Wolf Trap is a terrific venue - Alan even gives it kudos in his "From The Road."

Hope to see you there.  We should all have OKP signs or tags or something to identify ourselves.

ROBIN---How did you get pit seats??? we can figure out the best way to meet up with some members...

We are "members" of Wolf Trap; meaning that we donate a small sum of money.  That enables us to get advanced notice of ticket sales; even before the GBS pre-sale.  This said we have never tried for pit seats before as they are not always available and are expensive, but for GBS we sprung for it.

The show is tomorrow night.  I am psyched.  We won't be arriving til 6:30 as my daughter can't get off work early - dang it!  Would love to meet some fellow fans.  It will be myself, hubby and 18 year old daughter.  I'll most likely have on tan shorts with tan and green striped sleeveless top and wearing a baseball cap.  I'm short and stocky-middle-aged with glasses; hubby is tall, grey-haired and will have on peace sign hat.  Daughter is tiny long dark-haired girl; is 18 but looks 15.  If you see such a trio, please say hello.  For those of you travelling to Dewey today and down to Virginia tomorow, safe travels.  See you at Wolf Trap.

The last time I was at Wolftrap was to see GBS the last time they were there some two or three years ago.

What is the camera policy there?  Am I leaving it in the car or will it be allowed to join me in row T seat 11 (If I remember my ticket number correctly)? 

The camera policy has always been NO CAMERAS all the times I've been there. The fine print on the back of the ticket says,"by use of this ticket you agree that you will not transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture or reproduction of this event." I am taking that to mean no cameras, but mine is coming with me because we are not going home after Dewey Beach.
