I poked around your site a bit Xany. Very talented. Hate to admit it but I was going to say I thought Sean was most true-to-life in the sketch. Then, after I read your closing comment I had a laugh and thought better of it. Then, I came to my senses and went with my original thought anyway (obviously). 'Course, then I looked back over all the likenesses and thought, there's something true in all of them.

Nice. I especially like the movement in your style. I can't help but notice how none of them make eye contact - maybe that's why my eyes keep bouncing around the sketch. There's a cool sense of motion in your (brush? ink? pencil? key?) strokes.

Wow Xany, that is amazing.  If that's just a quick sketch, I can't wait to see what you come up with when you take your time.

I think it's fantastic,  even if you think Sean looks stoned.  He always seems to be smiling in his pictures to the side, so I think you did great.

I went to school with a girl who had that same sort of style where her people looked like cartoons, but at the same time they had a certain flow and enery so it looked like they could jump off the page at any time (she was voted "Most Artistic" in our class...)

Draw us more!!  And don't be too hard on Sean's oogley eyes - eyes are an uber-important part of a portrait, but also the toughest to get just right!

It would be nice to have a new Bob pic for my avatar - the one I have right now is also the wallpaper on my cell phone, so I see it all the time. *coughxanypicofbobwouldmakeanawesomeavatarcough*

Great sketch, Xany!  It looks to me like Alan and Séan are blaming Bob for something and Bob is trying to do an innocent face.  It made me smile.  Thanks for sharing!
