    1. nickels

    2. toothbrushes

    3. toothpaste samples

    4. those nasty little "hallowe'en toffees" and/or that purple gum in the yellow box that tasted like soap.

Next: 3 hallowe'en treats you need to buy extra of because it won't last until the day.

(ps Andi - thanks for the ideas.  I think I'll try the scarecrow and just wear my yard work clothes. Not sure how the Muslim students would respond to the belly-dancer!)

    Re: A Game

I usually buy Halloween treats that I don't particularly care for so that they will last till the day, but here's what wouldn't:

    1. Snickers

    2.Wunderbar

    3. Oh Henry

(Oh and they still sell 'Thrills', the gum that tastes like soap...it even says that on the box! Adrian loved those when he was little!)

Since we're speaking of Halloween, 3 things you don't really like about it.

    Re: A Game

always tried to dress as something "traditionally" halloweeny ie: no princesses, clowns, movie characters, etc

costumes (except for minor accessories) had to be made with stuff from around the house

we always had hotdogs for dinner before going out as a kid, too.  Probably because they were quick and easy.

Thinking of Alan's FTR for last halloween: three halloween events you rather not repeat
