Long time GBS fan ... but it's also been a long time since I've been to the OKP.  Hello again to everyone!

I've got my spot for Saturday's show ... I'm just now getting into this thread & see that there's a get together planned & you're looking for a tally?   I think I've missed the details.  Is everyone getting together pre-show or post-show, and whereabouts?

 This is here & this is now ... it's the moment that we've lived for & we just can't live without!

Don't know if we've been counted but JimmyD & I will be there (just don't get him started with the haikus ;)

The Molson site states "no Camera's" allowed!  Is that rule to be followed?  Do they seriously expect me to not take pictures?

I've been told that they try to get them off of you at the door but if you manage to get in with one, they won't really try to stop you. Who knows? Probably depends on how cranky the security person in your area is.

I hope they let camera's in, I'm sure our boys will let us take pictures who knows my other friends who went to someone elses concert at the molson amp got there cameras in at their show so I'm 99% sure they let cameras in!

I know from personal experience with the Molson Ampitheatre (3 times) that they will make you turn your camera in IF they find one. But once you're in and taking pictures, no one confiscates it from you. So just be creative in hiding it. There's a lot of bags for them to look thru and they really don't do a thorough search, but if your camera is out in the open, they'll tell you that you can't bring it in.

If your camera is small enough to fit in a smaller sized tampon box no one will ever be suspicious especially if a guy checks your bag, lol! Just in case you're paranoid of it being spotted!

I'll be at the show with 2 friends and I forget what the total is otherwise I'd add it. And I was once known as GuelphGal in case anyone recognizes that name. I don't know half the people around here these days! :D

BTW - the last two times I went to Molson for GBS, the security checked my purse and my camera was right out in the open...nothing happened! I guess it sounds like a "hit and miss" security check...they told me they were looking for bottles (alcohol) etc more than cameras at the time...just my experience. But I think I will conceal it this round just to be on the safe side.

hmmm we'll just have to wait and see at 7 tomorrow, oh well still bringing mine:) I don't usually have a bag so that's good cause we come like 3 hours before the show! but I'll still be hoping I have good security:)

Hey! I was wondering if I'd be seeing you on Saturday! My friends and I are in 102 row N provided we stay there.
I've just been too lazy to post especially with a new name that no one knows but I'm hoping to fix that and get my old name back!

I'm pretty sure my camera was perfectly visible in my bag both times I've been to Molson and I've never had a problem either so I wouldn't worry too much. One concert I went to I saw someone with a video camera...

The second time we saw GBS at the ampitheatre, my sister had printed out an email from someone there stating that cameras would be allowed and security told us they didn't care, that their orders were 'no cameras'. We always get there right when the gates open, so maybe they're rigid sticklers for the reules when they start out, but after they've gone thru hundreds of bags and purses they begin to not care so much! Maybe THAT's the trick...get there later!

I have one ticket (Sec 409) for this saturday's show. It's my son's 7th Birthday and he and we love GBS so it was a perfect fit. He seen them in Niagara Falls on years a few years back and he was only 4 at the time. I'm taking my wife and son but my sister was unable to come. I'm selling the ticket for Best Offer.
