Glad to see you all jumped in. I thought Kris's folder was a little lonely and could use some love. Does he really play bodhran, or does he just keep basic time with it? I've not seen him use the tipper in the usual way, but more like a traditional drumstick. Either way, he is a very talented guy and a great addition to the group! Meg

Yeah, it's River Driver. I've only seen him keep time with it, and not actually play it. But remember, he plays piano accordion. Love ya Kris, Stéph

Hey tina, I jsut found the wooden cobblers bench toy that Jamie had when he was wee. (you know, the ones the look like a wooden bench, with pegs that the kiddies bang all the way in, then flip the bench around and do it again for HOURS!) It would have gone to Sally Ann, but I know I packed the mallet already. I'll throw it in a box for your Bam Bam, and he can Bam Bam on that! At least until you get the drum kit set up in the workshop. ETA: so is it a done deal? Did you get the house? squee?

ErinK:I think I read somewhere about scottish drumline or something like that, which helped him for the snare drumming in Captain Kidd. but other than that, I don't know.
Really?! That's interesting. I never thought about a drum line. Hmmm. Good idea. Thanks for that Erin!

It's a done deal. We're going! End of November or sooner...back to cleaning and de-cluttering. And, thanks for the banging toy. Sam loves to hammer. His latest thing is clapping, which no one *taught* him. I guess I clap a lot to encourage him! See you guys soon!!
