Just wondering if the karaoke tunes on the Great Big DVD work in a karaoke machine...anyone tried it?

Alas, as my attention to GBS has waned in the past years I do not have the DVD yet. But I hope to find some of their songs tomorrow when I go to karaoke!

I have the DVD, but don't have the machine.
But the text does appear on the screen of my dvd player, so I'd assume it'll work.

Well, it works on mine too, so that was my assumption as well, but you know what they say about assuming things, so I try really hard never to do that (the worst seems to happen every time I allow myself to assume anything!)...anyone out there that owns the DVD actually have a karaoke machine (or access to one) and would try this out and let me know?

I'm so glad I read this! Silly me forgot all about the karoke versions on the DVD and my parents have a karaoke machine! In fact, we have a karaoke party in their backyard every summer!! I will definately try this sometime and report back!!

Oh cool, thanks!! We've got a party coming up in early Dec, so if you could let me know in next couple of weeks, that would be great!!!
