What a really nice thing for Bob to do! Thanks for sharing this story. Your daughter must have been very happy about that. I don't know if Bob has kids (none of my business), but I'm not surprised that he would be so kind to a child (I don't know how old your daughter was, but I assume she was young). Hope you and your daughter enjoy the next concert and I hope he gets to see the t-shirt your daughter is wearing and sings for her again.

How about these T-shirts Sue and I wore at a show in Portland in 2001?

We got a smile and a nudge from Sean and a smile from Bob, who was in stern-look-on-the-stage-mode. Anne

This was in March, she was still 3 1/2 at the time...she was in total awe, the look on her face was priceless! She also got smiles from the rest of the boys, and Alan came over to give her his guitar pick. Yeah, I tell this story a lot, but they were just a bunch of sweethearts to her! And we will be at the next concert that comes this way - hopefully I'll be able to score front row tickets again (praying over your keyboard right as the presale starts really does work!) Here's pics of how she was for half the concert (oh, the thumb of concentration! lol!)

Hello, I wanted to coin a new phrase in honor of Bob. Which by the way is my dads name as well. I read it in a magazine, so how about any time you do a great job or a terrific job on what ever your doing or something your doing is going great how about calling it a: Bob Job! or saying " This Bob job really is Bobbed." I don't know if this phrase works it was in the magazine as well.
In reference to how brilliant Bob is or how wonderful his playing is and so on and so on. Any takers- what brilliant thing in our lives can we call a Bob Job people?
