    Ode to Newfoundland

I have rediscovered my passion for photography in the last year. I always had bad cameras (except when I was using Dad's Nikon) but I found a way to work on my pictures to make them look good...

    Here's a few sample:

    I have 3 albums...

    Hope you enjoy!

Beautiful Ariel! I still have that first one as my desktop picture. Lovely.
There's a rope around my neck

    Jesus, say something.
I am someone, I am someone
    I am someone.

    Hi Ariel,

I had a wander through your website. Your photographs are quite extraordinary. You have a talent, to be sure. Photography is one of my hobbies too. I have often thought of putting a calendar of local scenery together for friends and family.

WHat sort of software would be best suited for something like that? Do you know? If I start now, I'll have instant Christmas pressies!

    Cheers!

I only use PaintShop Pro v.8 and I didn't try to put up a calendar yet.

I do have a program that can make them as well as cards, businness cards, poster and the likes but I can't remember what it is called. I have to look for the CD.

I use to take classes back in High School and I loved it. While everyone was taking the classic portraits and nature shots, I was thinking out of the box and looking for more interesting shots.

The little portraits I have I made sure that the subject was either unaware of the shot or not looking at me. I think only 2 are looking at me but it was intended that way.

Well, you know how hard it is to get people to look at you...unless they're pigeons.
