I am really excited for him!

I am sitting here laughing at myself though. When I read the FTR last night, I thought that they had created a character for him to play because the name was so close to his name...but when I told my husband the news he piped up and said : Oh he'll play Alan A'Dale...thats funny! I wondered how he knew the character's name so quickly so  I just did some research on the legend of Robin Hood and there actually is a minstrel named Alan A'Dale. I guess I need to brush up on my English legends.

I guess the role was just meant to be played by our favorite troubadour.

Being a Robin Hood geek from way back, I got a giggle out of the casting, because it's so very perfect in ever way. I'll be camping at the theater waiting for this to open.
