I never got the russian bank PM, thankfully. But re: the Ebay /paypal emails. I've received the emails a couple of times, and from the begining knew it was a scam since I dont even have an Ebay account. Most banks, and websites like Ebay will have an email that you can report the scams to, often by forwarding the email. It's alway a good idea to report these things so they can follow up, and track as necessary.
